Land in a new community in Ripley Valley is being snapped up within hours of hitting the market as the project prepares for the launch of its second release.

Bellevue Ripley offers more than 500 homes in a vibrant residential neighbourhood strategically located close to major employment hubs, shops, schools and recreation opportunities.

Stage 1 the Dawn Release recorded $3,692,500 in sales over the weekend with Stage 2 set to launch on September 4.

Bellevue is being developed by HB Land with sales and marketing managed by Oliver Hume property services group.

HB Land Chief Executive Officer Michael Vinodolac said the overwhelming response from buyers reflected supreme demand for good quality land.

“The amount of interest in Bellevue is really exciting and while we expected land to go quickly, we’ve been blown away by the remarkable pace,” Mr Vinodolac said.

“Bellevue represents an opportunity to secure premium land in Ipswich’s rapidly growing southern corridor and buyers are clearly seizing it.

“There’s been a predominately local response to sales with a lot of interest from families and savvy buyers looking to capitalize on price growth. We are also ecstatic to see buyers coming out of other estates within Ripley and looking to upgrade to Bellevue.

“While we’re thrilled with how Stage 1 has been received, this is just the beginning for Bellevue Ripley.

“Our vision is to build a neighbourhood where families can reach their full potential and enjoy everything Queensland has to offer.

“Families can see their future at Bellevue with high quality amenities including sports facilities, parklands, a shopping centre and plenty of open spaces.

“Bellevue’s prime location provides connection to every essential with quick access to Ipswich and Springfield.

“We’re delivering a really special place to call home and the phenomenal response to Stage 1 makes us really excited about the future for Bellevue.”

Bellevue Ripley’s location at 357 Ripley Road, Ripley is around 40 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, 15 minutes from Springfield City and 10 minutes from Ipswich CBD.

The neighbourhood will be created over 18 stages. The next release offers 29 lots ranging from 365sqm all the way up to 868sqm. A number of the Bellevue’s larger lots are contained in this second release. In this release the average lot price is $231,500 and lots will start from $207,000.

The release offers enviable proximity to Sunshine Park, the green heart of the Bellevue neighbourhood. Families will enjoy having the access to the future neighbourhood centre and sportsground and a choice of play spaces in strolling distance.

Oliver Hume data reveals that as of July 2021 only 144 lots were available for sale in Ipswich, which has halved over the last year.

Oliver Hume Queensland Project Director Matt Barr said the high demand for Stage 1 set the tone for strong interest in future releases of lots at Bellevue.

“The combination of affordability, location and lifestyle makes the masterplanned Ripley Valley region ideal for first home buyers and upgraders seeking to build their dream home,” Mr Barr said.

“More and more people are making the decision to call Ripley Valley home and Bellevue will really help to keep up with demand for land now and in the future.”

The name Bellevue comes from the French translation of ‘beautiful view’, which represents the elevated offering coupled with the family-friendly nature of the neighbourhood vision.
