A new family-friendly community is giving buyers the perfect place to create their dream home in Brisbane’s fast-growing western corridor.

Bellevue Ripley, HB Land’s flagship Queensland community, has officially launched its latest land release.

It’s the seventh stage of the new neighbourhood that was launched in August last year — with all prior stages selling out.

Following the success of its initial stages, HB Land is now bringing forward future stages to help people move in sooner.

Stages one to three have already been completed and settled, with home building commencing. Construction has commenced on stages four to 10, with a range of community infrastructure and amenities already in place to complement the wealth of existing amenities in the Ripley Valley region.

Rave Reviews

Michael Vinodolac, HB Land CEO, says the release is a unique opportunity for home builders to buy into a community in one of the largest urban growth areas in the country.

“Bellevue sits within the Ripley Valley area, so it’s already got the Ripley Town Centre just down the road,” Michael says. “It has a supermarket, cafes and all those conveniences that people want.”

One of the largest urban growth areas in Australia, the area is home to dozens of schools with plenty of infrastructure on the way as a QLD Government Priority Development Area (PDA).

Land has been handed over to make way for a new retail centre and local sporting grounds.

Meanwhile, at the heart of the Bellevue Ripley community, Sunshine Park is already built so families moving in can hit the play equipment, obstacles, half court and a picnic area straight away. There’s also a kick-about space for play and relaxation.

Cameron Kusher, executive manager of economic research at REA Group, says the region is quickly emerging as one of Queensland’s top locations for families looking to build.

Ripley Valley’s mixture of affordability, amenity and proximity to major employment hubs of Brisbane, Ipswich and Springfield a key driver, Kusher explains.

“It’s part of the greater Ipswich region — that whole area is becoming very popular, especially for families,” he explains.

In fact, demand for property in the area is translating into phenomenal price growth. The median house value in Ripley has grown by 38% year-on-year to October ’22, PropTrack data shows.

Kusher says the region is continuing to grow, with further infrastructure set to make the region an even more desirable place to live.

“The train line from Springfield is going to be extended out there, but already you can hop in your car, drive 15 minutes down the road and you’re in Springfield,” he adds.

Family-focused

When it comes to great neighbourhoods, buyers wanting big, beautiful family homes in a tranquil location are the winners at Bellevue.

The latest stage, the Sunny Release, is situated at the top of the community bordered by the nature reserve, and it will not disappoint.

The location at the top end of Ripley is one of the best spots in the valley, which features plenty of native bushland, Michael says.

“It’s quite an elevated position,” he explains. “You look back down into the valley and so all the blocks have these really nice north and south-facing outlooks.”

The project also ticks all the boxes when it comes to visual appeal.

“Design and fencing covenants are in place to ensure the quality of the houses and create a consistent look and feel,” Michael says.

“Plus, we always try to work with the more quality builders to ensure we deliver that premium product.”

The entryway also makes a prestigious statement with large, curved stone walls.

The meticulously planned community is also covered by a sustainability plan, meaning green features will be integrated throughout, making it a postcode fit for the future.

Buyer Approved

With elements that go above and beyond, it’s no wonder demand for land in Bellevue is high, with almost a third of the estate already sold.

Mum-of-two, Sandie Gill says Bellevue’s prestigious family home designs caught her eye.

“We’ve lived around the area for years now, so we know the surrounding area,” Sandie says.

“But we wanted something newer and better. For us, it is basically an upgrade but staying in an area we know and love.”

Archana Khanal, 27, from West End, recently bought at Bellevue after seeing what was on offer.

“I really liked how they laid out the estate,” Archana says. “I work from home, and I am a first home buyer, so I don’t need to be in the city, but the idea that I could get a bigger home with more space and everything I need nearby really appealed to me.”
